Management: Management of this temple is vested in the President and the Executive Committee elected by the members of the Kollangott Sri Ayyapa Kshetra Bharana Samithi. Patron, President, twenty executive committee members and Auditor are elected in the Annual general body Meeting of the members of the Samithi. Members of the Executive Committee elect three Vice presidents, Secretary, two Joint Secretaries and the treasurer in their first meeting every year.
