Mathrusangham

Under the guidance and control of the Kshetra Bharana Samithi, two subsidiary organizations, namely, Mathrusangham(Ladies’ wing) and Yuvasangham(youth wing) are functioning to assist the Samithi to achieve its goals and also to help in all its activities.

Mathrusangham is a voluntary organization of devotee mothers residing in the locality. It plays a vital role in all the activities of the temple like, collection of funds for the Annual Festival, conduct of special counters for Ulsavam, distribution of Prasadam, cleaning of the temple, organizing Thalapoli procession on the Pallivetta day of the Festival, conduct of Bhiksha during Mandala period, etc. etc.

Mathrusangham plays an active role in all the spiritual activities of the temple like Ramayana Month, study classes, seminars, collective chanting of various Sahasranamamas, recital of complete Narayaneeyam on Narayaneeyam day etc. etc.
